Prices do not include breakfast, however arrangements can be made to include breakfast in the B&B dining room for an additional charge.

Cancellations
10 DAYS+ prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $20.00 CDN administration fee.
Less than 10 days the deposit is non-refundable
