About Mole Creek
Located on the road from Deloraine to Cradle Mountain, Mole Creek is an entry point to the Western Tiers and nearby limestone caves. Today the town has become well known for its tasty leatherwood honey and nearby limestone caves as well as one of Tasmania's best wildlife parks.

Places to visit near Mole Creek
King Solomon Cave - located 16 km west of Mole Creek. The main feature of this cave is a large single cavern and some very fine and delicate limestone formations.
Marakoopa Cave - located 11 km from Mole Creek Marakoopa cave is famous for its superb glow worm display. The main section of the caves that most visitors see has been carved out by two underground streams.
Stephens Leatherwood Honey Factory - Tasmania is known for its tasty leatherwood honey. The honey has an incredibly strong flavour and is very aromatic.
Tasmanian Wildlife Park & Koala Village - offers the opportunity to see the famous Tasmanian devil.
