The Woodridge area of Thredbo Village

groomed corduroy slopes. Beginners and less experienced
skiers can enjoy the gentler slopes of Merrits
and the dedicated beginner area of Friday Flat.
Equipment hire for downhill skiing,
alpine touring, cross-country skiing, snowboarding
or snow-shoeing is available in the resort or
from a range of outlets and shops in the Snowy
Mountains region.

In Summer enjoy a wide range of
activities including the Kosciuszko Sunrise Tour:
an early morning hike to view the sun rise from
the top of Australia, golf, mountain biking, tennis,
fishing and bush walking.

of shops including a supermarket and various fashion
and gift stores. There are restaurants and bars
available to suit all tastes and budgets. The
Thredbo Leisure Centre has a 50m pool, sports
hall, gym and squash court.
Other facilities include walking
trails, chairlifts, a bob sled, mountain bike
rentals, golf course, tennis courts, as well as
a cinema, conference facilities, a medical centre,
chapel, massage centre, ATM and childcare.
There are shuttle buses in winter
to take you all around Thredbo Village so you
can easily access all the nightlife and restaurants.
