Where? Type
in a destination or choose your destination from the drop down
boxes. Alternatively, if you know a specific Property ID you
can enter that into the destination box.
If you still can't find a destination try
the map search. If we do not cover an area that you are interested in please
let us know. We are constantly adding new places but like feed back from customers.
When? Enter your check-in date
(day-month-year) into the box provided or click on the calendar
symbol and select your check-in date. Next enter the number
of nights accommodation you desire.
Who?: Select the number of people
requiring accommodation and the number of "separate" beds
required.
If you fail to find any properties in your search
it may be because many property owners have set their listing
to only show up when you make a match for available dates and
are searching for the required number of nights.
For example, many properties only accept bookings for 7 nights starting on
a Sunday or Saturday while others require a minimum number of 2 nights.
If you can't find what you are looking for or
have found too many properties then try the advanced search
options.
The advanced search options allow you to search
for properties that have specific facilities and features that
are important to making your holiday accommodation enjoyable.
The search will normally include properties
taking more people than specified above. If you
do not want to see properties that accept more than the number
of people in your party then uncheck this check box.
What type of accommodation? If
you require a particular Type of Accommodation (eg: Bed and
Breakfast, Condominium, etc.) select from the drop down box
otherwise you can search all types. Select a Rating if required,
and select meals required.
How many? Select from the drop
down box the Number of Rooms or Apartments or Properties required. Resort Type: Optionally select
the type of destination you would prefer.
What must you have? If there
are any facilities that are important to you to ensure your
accommodation meets your requirements tick the box next to
the relevant item. You can tick as many boxes as you want.
What else do you require? If
you require a property that accepts pets, allows smoking or
has disabled access tick these boxes. You will find more information
and /or policies regarding these items on the property's details
page.
How do you want to view your search results? If
you want to view your search results by price or by rating
select from the drop down box. You can change this option again
on the search results page. You can also choose the number
of results displayed per page. Note: the higher the number
you choose the longer it will take for your search results
to be displayed.
Finally, Click on the "search
now" button. You can click on this button at any time
as none of the Advanced Options are compulsory.
If you do not find a property try varying the
options you have selected on the search page as there may not
be any properties listed on Vacant Moments with the features
you are looking for in that destination.
Don't know where you want to go or exactly where
your destination is located? Then use the map search. The map
search consists of a series of clickable maps so you can find
your way to where you want to go.
