Name of Property: Enter the name of your property. This may be the same as your business name.

Apartment Number/ Street number/ Street name: Enter your properties address details. This is the physical property address that you want to be displayed to guests viewing your details on Vacant Moments.

These details are how a guest will find your property on the Vacant Moments web site.

Select your Country, State/Province, Region, Resort/Town/City and Locality/Suburb from the drop down lists. If you can not find your location in the drop down boxes select "Other" and type the name in the "other" box next to the drop down box.

Each time you make a selection from a list the next list below will load, with information relevant to your prior selection.

Resort type: Tick any boxes that apply and/or complete the "other" box.

Postal code: Enter your postal code or zip code.

Type of Property: Select from the drop down box the category of your property. If your property is a motel select hotel / motel. This is a category for customers to search by it does not mean your property is a motel and a hotel.

If your property does not fit any of the categories provided select "other" in the drop down box complete the"other" box.

Maximum number of people: This is the maximum number of people allowed to stay in your whole property.

Total number of bedrooms: This is the total number of bedrooms in your whole property.

Total number of separate apartments, rooms, houses, cabins, etc. that you have for rent: This is the total number of individual items you have for rent in your property.
example 1: If you have a bed and breakfast and rent 4 rooms to separate people then the number you have for rent is 4.
example 2: If you have 1 house with 5 bedrooms but you only rent the house as a whole then the number you have for rent is 1

Our Fees are based upon the number of items for rent.

For example the number of hotel rooms in a hotel, or the number of apartments in the property, or the number of bedrooms in a Bed & Breakfast, or the number of bedrooms in a house or chalet.
