Registration

I can't register as an owner because form says I'm already registered
Have you registered another property before? If the answer is yes and you want to register an additional property then log in to the owners area and complete the "Add Another Property" form located on the "Start" page.

If you have only just completed the registration form for the first time please allow up to 3 working days from the time you Register before you receive your details from Vacant Moments. If more than 3 working days have past and you have not received an email from us then click here to go to the Technical Support page, complete the form there and we will be in contact with you.

What is the difference between 'Property' and 'Unit'
A Property defines the building or unique rental item. Each Property has its own definition (description and photos, etc) Some Properties (for example a Motel) may have several rooms or suites that can be rented separately, they share the property definition (description and photos, etc). The individual rooms or suites are known as Units. Units share the same seasons and block definitions as each other. Units are shown as available until the Number of Rooms available reaches zero.
