Introducing Gourmet Forty Two Coffee One of the most important elements to keep in mind about coffee is the fact that coffee is extremely important to coffee drinkers. It is not just coffee and steamed milk mixed together, more so it is the combination of correctly extracting 30 mls of espresso from the group head and then carefully blending freshly textured milk, finished with careful presentation and delivered to the customer with a smile. Gourmet Forty Two was created in 2004 in Australia’s only all year round Alpine Resort of Thredbo Village located in the beautiful Kosciusko National Park. Originally Gourmet Forty Two set out to develop a reputation around the ability to create and serve sensational coffee consistently from our small café. Our customers constantly confirm that we have achieved this and continue to purchase coffee in both bean and ground form via phone order and personal visits to the café. Our blend is unique in so far as we use several different Arabica beans from different regions around the world to produce the end product – Gourmet Forty Two Coffee. We also provide this blend in a Swiss Water Filtered decaffeinated form. The Gourmet Forty Two blend has been designed to deliver a quality, bold yet smooth espresso that does not have any bitter after-taste. The secret is in the roasting process – a blend of both correct temperature and timing. “Gourmet Forty Two” is dedicated to building long-term relationships with customers through the sale of quality products and provision of friendly attentive customer service.
