on ensuring both property owners and guests are completely
satisfied with our service. We will make certain that our customers
enjoy a long and satisfying relationship with us. Our policies
and procedures will be customer friendly and we will make it
easy for them to do business with us. We will change our policies
to meet the needs of our customers and will never compromise
customer satisfaction for profit. We will achieve our profits
by creating happy and satisfied customers.
Complaints
At Vacant Moments Pty Ltd we actively encourage
you to report complaints and comments about our web site, services
or company. If you have a complaint we would like you to let
us know so
that we may do something about it. We know that most customers,
who are not satisfied, don’t complain. They just never
come back! Well, we want you back as a customer; so if you
do have a complaint or even suggestion as to how we might improve

If you are guest that has booked accommodation via our service,
you have dealt directly with the owner or their representatitive.
We do
not handle any money taken for bookings and therefore we cannot issue
refunds. You should contact the property owner directly.
If you are a property owner you purchase a subscription.
If for any reason you are unhappy with our service and wish
to receive a refund, you can do so within 14 days from your
registration date. Otherwise the subscription is non refundable
except if you have been inadvertently overcharged for your
property subscription.
We will only provide refunds that have been authorised
by our company or a company representative in advance and the
subscriber has been satisfactorily identified and has confirmed
directly with us that they wish a refund.
Requests for refunds for subscriptions made via
an affiliate must be made via that affiliate.
In the event of an incorrect charge being applied
to your credit card, you must notify us directly as soon as
possible.
Is it safe to pay for our subscription

You will receive a receipt/confirmation number
and an email to the email address you supplied to us at the
time you registered as an owner.
What is GST and who pays it?
The prices quoted on our website include (Goods
and Services Tax) GST. GST applies to Australian customers
only.
How long do I have to pay?
Where a billing option does not specify otherwise,
all Service charges are payable within 14 days of the date
